DUPLICATE OR REPLICATE?
Replication may take longer. It's usually about 2 weeks and the minimum is 500.
Duplication can be quicker on larger runs but is sometimes more expensive, depending on packaging requirements.
If you only need 2 or 3 hundred it's still worth considering replication (unless you need them in a hurry) since 500 replicated may be cheaper than 200 duplicated (depending on printing & packaging).
If you're selling the CDs it's often worth considering a suitable unit price and cash flow first and then decide how to get the best deal for your requirements. All design, packaging & printing options can be tailored to suit your needs & budget.
Remember that once you've sorted out artwork, design, mastering etc.any future follow-up orders won't incur these costs + if you do come back for more copies you'll get a discount (by prior arrangement). Perfect for when you're not sure how many you need to begin with.
