The main recording console is analogue and has enough inputs to record a large number of musicians all at once with high quality microphone pre-amps.

Several Intel, G5 & other Apple computers (& a couple of PCs) which work in conjunction with digital audio interfaces & recording software.

24-track analogue tape recorder.

It is possible to record entirely in the analogue domain or entirely in the digital domain - most projects take advantage of and make best use of both.

Lots of guitar sounds are available. Severalamps including old valve models, numerous vintge and modern pedals + fantastic sounding rooms. Also, digital & analogue amp modeling which can be used independantly or in conjunction with the amps and rooms

Drumkits are available by arrangement; there is alway at least 1 drumkit in the building and sometimes there are 3 or 4 but they won't all be setup in the studio.

The majority of the studio equipment has been chosen very carefully over the last 10-15 years and some of it was 'inherited'. Some of it is 'classic/vintage' & quite special and some of it is just getting on a bit. Some of it is new & special and some is brand new & quite mainstream. All the gear has one thing in common - if it's being used that means it is doing it's job; somewhere inbetween adequately and brilliantly.
